Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend CYBER BUYER and all related events, including evening events. CYBER BUYER, where applicable, provides technology and/or event related services in accordance with all applicable laws within the United States and in other jurisdictions where it conducts business. As such, CYBER BUYER may prohibit an individual from a restricted country or territory from a CYBER BUYER event registration. All decisions are in CYBER BUYER's sole discretion and shall be considered final. Membership and Cyber Breakfast Club meetings and events are for Cybersecurity Practitioners only. No Sales Professionals unless you are a paying sponsor of the event attending.

Event Assumption of Risk, Release, Hold Harmless

You understand that participation in CYBER BUYER events and The Cyber Breakfast Club events and travel to and around our events will increase your risk of, exposure to, and contraction of, communicable diseases, bacteria, agents, and viruses such as COVID-19. Regarding COVID-19, you acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. You further acknowledge and accept that participating in CYBER BUYER and Cyber Breakfast Club events carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks, that there is presently no known way to provide complete protection from the virus, and that you could contract COVID-19 even though CYBER BUYER has taken reasonable steps to prevent the risk of transmission of COVID-19. By participating in CYBER BUYER events, you assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless CYBER BUYER and the Venue, and their respective employees, agents, subcontractors, sponsors and representatives from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of communicable diseases, bacteria, agents, and viruses such as COVID-19, due to your travel to, from, or participation in any aspect of CYBER BUYER events. This obligation is binding on you and on your successors and heirs.

Event and Cyber Breakfast Club Admittance

In its sole discretion and without refund or liability, CYBER BUYER reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club events, meetings, Cyber Breakfast Club Membership including anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to CYBER BUYER events or any other attendee.

Soliciting During CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club Events

Suitcasing, outboarding guerilla marketing, or similar marketing tactics are prohibited at CYBER BUYER events and The Cyber Breakfast Club events. CYBER BUYER reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual from CYBER BUYER who is reported to be soliciting during a CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club event or meeting and who is not an CYBER BUYER sponsor, vendor, partner or exhibitor. CYBER BUYER encourages attendees to support paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry and not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or non-exhibitor.

Sharing Your Contact Data for CYBER BUYER Events

By attending a CYBER BUYER event or meeting, you consent to CYBER BUYER sharing your contact data with the sponsors and vendors of those events. You may be asked to share your information when visiting with exhibitors and/or sponsors at CYBER BUYER events for the purposes of conducting business and marketing communications regarding their own products or services. If you agree to register an event, you are consenting to allow CYBER BUYER and its representatives and agents to share your contact data with the exhibitors, sponsors and vendors. You will be subject to such third party's communications and privacy practices. If you wish to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you may have regarding these third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with those third parties.

Event Photography, Audio, And Video Recording

When CYBER BUYER hosts events held in a public space, therefore CYBER BUYER does not prohibit attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, or other companies from photographing CYBER BUYER event activities. You may be photographed or videotaped while attending the event. You agree and accept that such photographs or videos of you may be used for future CYBER BUYER and/or The Cyber Breakfast Club marketing materials. No remuneration will be provided for use of your image.

Video and audio recording of CYBER BUYER content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from CYBER BUYER.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CYBER BUYER as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. CYBER BUYER's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of CYBER BUYER's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by CYBER BUYER with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and CYBER BUYER with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and CYBER BUYER with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms
