The https://www.cyberbuyer.io website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by CYBER BUYER LLC ("CYBER BUYER") aka CYBER BUYER® , COYOTE BROWN https://www.coyotebrown.co/ ; The Cyber Breakfast Club® https://www.cyberbreakfastclub.com. https://www.cyberbuyer.com offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://www.cyberbuyer.com; https://www.coyotebrown.co; and https://www.cyberbreakfastclub.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
https://www.cyberbuyer.com is an E-Commerce Site servicing businesses as a value added reseller and aggregator of Cyber Security Cloud, SaaS, Software and Managed Security products and services. CYBER BUYER is a cyber security value-added reseller with over 300 cyber security vendor products and services.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://www.cyberbuyer.com sending emails to CYBER BUYER constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Children Under Thirteen
CYBER BUYER does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://www.cyberbuyer.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Event Registration Terms and Conditions
CYBER BUYER LLC (“CYBER BUYER”) reserves the right to update and change any part or all these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If any changes to these Registration Terms and Conditions have a material effect on the privacy of individuals, CYBER BUYER will follow applicable privacy regulation obligations. If CYBER BUYER updates or changes these Registration Terms and Conditions, the updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on the CYBER BUYER website. By registering for a CYBER BUYER Event (including The Cyber Breakfast Club events) you hereby consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend CYBER BUYER and all related events, including evening events. CYBER BUYER, where applicable, provides technology and/or event related services in accordance with all applicable laws within the United States and in other jurisdictions where it conducts business. As such, CYBER BUYER may prohibit an individual from a restricted country or territory from a CYBER BUYER event registration. All decisions are in CYBER BUYER's sole discretion and shall be considered final. Membership and Cyber Breakfast Club meetings and events are for Cybersecurity Practitioners only. No Sales Professionals unless you are a paying sponsor of the event attending.
Event Assumption of Risk, Release, Hold Harmless
You understand that participation in CYBER BUYER events and The Cyber Breakfast Club events and travel to and around our events will increase your risk of, exposure to, and contraction of, communicable diseases, bacteria, agents, and viruses such as COVID-19. Regarding COVID-19, you acknowledge and understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease that spreads easily through person-to-person contact. You further acknowledge and accept that participating in CYBER BUYER and Cyber Breakfast Club events carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks, that there is presently no known way to provide complete protection from the virus, and that you could contract COVID-19 even though CYBER BUYER has taken reasonable steps to prevent the risk of transmission of COVID-19. By participating in CYBER BUYER events, you assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless CYBER BUYER and the Venue, and their respective employees, agents, subcontractors, sponsors and representatives from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from the contraction or spread of communicable diseases, bacteria, agents, and viruses such as COVID-19, due to your travel to, from, or participation in any aspect of CYBER BUYER events. This obligation is binding on you and on your successors and heirs.
Event and Cyber Breakfast Club Admittance
In its sole discretion and without refund or liability, CYBER BUYER reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club events, meetings, Cyber Breakfast Club Membership including anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to CYBER BUYER events or any other attendee.
Soliciting During CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club Events
Suitcasing, outboarding guerilla marketing, or similar marketing tactics are prohibited at CYBER BUYER events and The Cyber Breakfast Club events. CYBER BUYER reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual from CYBER BUYER who is reported to be soliciting during a CYBER BUYER and The Cyber Breakfast Club event or meeting and who is not an CYBER BUYER sponsor, vendor, partner or exhibitor. CYBER BUYER encourages attendees to support paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry and not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or non-exhibitor.
Sharing Your Contact Data for CYBER BUYER Events
By attending a CYBER BUYER event or meeting, you consent to CYBER BUYER sharing your contact data with the sponsors and vendors of those events. You may be asked to share your information when visiting with exhibitors and/or sponsors at CYBER BUYER events for the purposes of conducting business and marketing communications regarding their own products or services. If you agree to register an event, you are consenting to allow CYBER BUYER and its representatives and agents to share your contact data with the exhibitors, sponsors and vendors. You will be subject to such third party’s communications and privacy practices. If you wish to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you may have regarding these third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with those third parties.
You consent to CYBER BUYER and its representatives and agents using your contact data so you can receive event information and credentials to attend both in-person and/or online events and meetings. You will be subject to such third party’s communications and privacy practices. If you wish to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you may have regarding these third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with those third parties.
Event Photography, Audio, And Video Recording
When CYBER BUYER hosts events held in a public space, therefore CYBER BUYER does not prohibit attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, or other companies from photographing CYBER BUYER event activities. You may be photographed or videotaped while attending the event. You agree and accept that such photographs or videos of you may be used for future CYBER BUYER and/or The Cyber Breakfast Club marketing materials. No remuneration will be provided for use of your image.
Video and audio recording of CYBER BUYER content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from CYBER BUYER.
Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services
https://www.cyberbuyer.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of CYBER BUYER and CYBER BUYER is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. CYBER BUYER is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CYBER BUYER of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via https://www.cyberbuyer.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by CYBER BUYER from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the CYBER BUYER Content accessed through https://www.cyberbuyer.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CYBER BUYER, its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, suppliers, affiliates and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. CYBER BUYER LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with CYBER BUYER in asserting any available defenses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBER BUYER LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CYBER BUYER LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction
CYBER BUYER reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CYBER BUYER as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. CYBER BUYER's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of CYBER BUYER's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by CYBER BUYER with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and CYBER BUYER with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and CYBER BUYER with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
CYBER BUYER reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://www.cyberbuyer.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. CYBER BUYER encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
